Five Star Bank promoted Barbara L. Henderson to vice president. Henderson joined the bank in 1979 in the Consumer Loan Department, before her promotion to supervisor of the consumer loan clerks. She also served as a commercial loan underwriter and a small business loan officer prior to her current position, SBA administrator, which she began in 2000.
