Evansville-based Integra Bank Corp. will sell two of its Kentucky branches and a pool of commercial real estate loans to First Cecil-ian Bancorp Inc., the companies announced Wednesday.Cecilia, Ky.-based Cecilian will purchase Integra branch offices in Hardinsburg and Leitchfield for the book value of the properties.
