Budget depends too much on loans: Virbhadra (New Kerala)
Shimla, Mar 13 : Union Steel Minister Virbhadra Singh today said that the State Budget presented by Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal is not good in spite of having outlay of about Rupees 15000 crore as it depends upon 31 per cent loans.
