Joseph Matranga named to First Business Bank board (San Diego Union-Tribune)
Joseph E. Matranga has been named to the board of directors of First Business Bank in San Diego. Matranga was formerly a director of Ramona National Bank, which was the predecessor company to First Business Bank. He replaces John McGrath, who resigned to become president, CEO and director of 1st Pacific Bank of California.
