Zicom to Acquire Companies, Pay Debt After Selling Business (Bloomberg)

March 5 (Bloomberg) — Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd. plans to use the 2.25 billion rupees raised from selling a business unit to acquire companies, pay debt, Manohar Bidaye, Zicom’s chairman said in an interview.
