General Motors Names Girsky Vice Chairman for Business Strategy (Bloomberg)
Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) — General Motors Co. named Stephen Girsky as vice chairman of corporate strategy and business development. The appointment takes effect March 1, the company said yesterday in an e-mailed statement. Girsky, 47, will continue to serve on the board, GM said.
