Finance ministry to cut foreign loans
RBC, 30.04.2010, Sochi 14:12:46. Russia’s Finance Ministry plans to cut back on foreign loans in 2010. Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Pankin explained to journalists today that the goal was to bring down foreign borrowings by $13bn while increasing domestic loans by the same amount.

Indonesia’s Telkom agrees standby loans, bond issue
JAKARTA, April 30 (Reuters) – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia , the country’s biggest telecommunications firm, on Friday said it has secured standby loans for 3-3.5 trillion rupiah ($332.7-$388.2 million) local banks.
